How to Cook:
Use more than 1 liter of boiling water per 100g of noodles.
For Cold Udon:
1. Boil noodles for about 13 minutes.
2. Drain and rinse thoroughly with cold water.
3. Serve chilled.
For Hot Udon (Kama-age Udon):
1. Boil noodles for about 8 minutes.
2. Serve the noodles in the boiling water.
3. Dip into warm mentsuyu as you eat.
For Hot Udon (Kake Udon):
1. Boil noodles for about 11 minutes.
2. Drain and rinse briefly with cold water.
3. Reheat quickly in hot water, drain, and place in a bowl.
4. Add hot soup and serve.
