A semi-dried Sanuki udon that offers the best of both fresh and dried noodles. Finished with partial drying, these noodles retain more moisture than fully dried udon, resulting in a chewy, fresh noodle-like texture after boiling. Each strand is knife-cut to create firm edges and a smooth, slippery throat feel, characteristic of authentic Sanuki udon from Kagawa Prefecture.
How to Cook:
Use more than 1 liter of boiling water per 100g of noodles.
For Cold Udon:
1. Boil noodles for about 15 minutes.
2. Drain and rinse thoroughly with cold water.
3. Serve chilled.
For Hot Udon:
Boil noodles until tender, drain, and serve hot with your favorite soup or dipping sauce.
