Kagawa Pref is famous for Udon which is called Sanuki Udon.
Thick and spring udon.
500g in 1 bag.
The ingredients are:Wheat, salt and starch only.
No preservation or artificial stuff are included.
How to cook.
When boiling, more than 1L of water is needed to boil 100g.
For cold noodle:
1: Boil for 13 mins.
2: Drain them and rinse with cold water. And done!
For hot noodle: Kama-age Udon
1: Boil for 8 mins.
2: Serve in the boiling water.
3: Enjoy with Mentsuyu, thick soup in a small cup.
Pick some noodles and dunk them into the soup each time you eat.
For hot noodle: Kake-udon
1: Boil for 11 mins.
2: Drain them and rinse with cold water.
3: Make them hot again with hot water just a second.
4: Drain them and put in a bowl.
5: Add soup in the bowl and done.
