Payment

We accept credit cards and other payment methods supported by Ecwid. All payments must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight, package size, destination country, and selected shipping method.

Processing Time

After payment is received, orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. In some cases, processing may take up to 14 days depending on product availability or order volume.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped from Japan using reliable carriers such as Japan Post, DHL, or FedEx. Available options depend on the destination, package weight, and size, and will be shown at checkout.

Customs and Import Duties

Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may be charged upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Important Notes About Duties (United States)

For customers in the United States:
Import taxes and duties are required. If the duty is not paid within 5 days from the arrival date, the parcel may be returned to Japan.

Currency

Prices are managed in Japanese yen (JPY). For customer convenience, prices may be displayed in other currencies based on current exchange rates.

The final charged amount is determined at checkout.

About Shipping Weight, Size, and Refunds

If the shipping fee you paid is significantly higher than the actual shipping cost, we will refund the difference after shipment.

When you choose Japan Post (Airmail, EMS, or Surface mail), the shipping weight may be calculated heavier than the actual packed weight. This is because we use conservative weight settings in advance to avoid undercharging at checkout.

DHL and FedEx calculate shipping fees based on both weight and package size. For some items, weight settings are adjusted to reflect required package volume.

Examples include:

• Snacks or crackers in bags that require extra space
• Instant ramen or noodle cups that are lightweight but bulky
