If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the package and items so we can review the issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our error, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
