
Smoked Hiroshima oysters preserved in flavorful soybean oil. Carefully smoked with sakura wood chips and seasoned with “mojio,” a Japanese sea salt blended with seaweed. Comes in a 60g can and works perfectly as an appetizer or pasta topping.
How to enjoy:
Place the unopened can in boiling water for 2–3 minutes. Remove from the water and let it cool until warm to the touch, then open and enjoy.
