For soumen (cold noodle).
Also nice to use it as dipping sauce for tempura.
This is to use as it is. But if you think it tastes strong, add water.
You can use this liquid as seasoning for other cooking.
This kind of "tsuyu" are made from soysauce, mirin and rich dashi from bonito and kombu.You can pour them on boiled vegetable.
Or seasoning as egg roll would be nice.
To make soup for "noodle in soup", add water.

Artificial seasoning is not used.
Please use them early as possible once you open it.
After opening them, keep them in the fridge.
