We carefully make the stock in our own factory using bonito, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms (produced in Japan). Since it is a straight-type, you can use it as is without diluting it with water. Use it as a convenient soup for cooking dishes such as oyakodon, simmered vegetables, and Japanese-style pasta. You can decide the flavor with just this one bottle.
