A straight-type noodle soup made with Japanese-made stock.
We carefully make the stock in our own factory using bonito, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms (produced in Japan). Since it is a straight-type, you can use it as is without diluting it with water. Use it as a convenient soup for cooking dishes such as oyakodon, simmered vegetables, and Japanese-style pasta. You can decide the flavor with just this one bottle.
300ml for 3-4 servings of soumen noodle.
Soy sauce (domestically produced) (honjozo) (contains soybeans and wheat), mirin, sugar, salt, apple vinegar, flavoring ingredients (dried bonito flakes, dried mackerel, dried bonito flakes, kelp, dried shiitake mushrooms)
Please use them early as possible once you open it.
After opening them, keep them in the fridge.
