"Kondate Iroiro Miso" by Ichibiki.
Brown miso paste including kombu dashi, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and sake. This type of miso is eaten in Nagoya area.
This is not for Misoshiru (miso soup).
It is ready to use miso for vegetable, tonkatsu or tofu.
Using as seasoning when cooking is also nice.
Fry cabbage and sliced pork with the miso. If you want to add spicy taste, add chili pepper.
It can be stored in room temperature. But once you open it, please be sure to store it in the fridge and eat up soon.
