"Osekihan no Moto" by Imuraya
Osekihan is cooked mochi rice with azuki bean.
Azuki is produced in Hokkaido, Japan.
In Japan it is eaten in celebrating occasion.
You can cook with normal rice too with this seasoning.
How to do:
1: Put 540ml (3 gou) of rice + 1 pack of this seasoning in a pot.
2: Pour water by the line of 3 gou. Turn on the rice cooker.
If you have mochi rice:
360ml of rice + 180ml of mochi rice
or
540ml of mochi rice. Please choose mochi rice mode of the rice cooker.
