High quality dried soba.
"Nihachi Soba" is poplar proportion of soba and flour: 80% soba : 20% flour.
Ingredient is soba, flour ans salt only.
Most of dried soba in Japan consists of flour mainly. This is rich soba powder.
How to cook:
Boil soba with 3L of boiling of water for 5 min.
Drain water and rinse with cold tap water well.
Enjoy with tsuyu as cold soba.
Or pour hot water to soba to make it warm and enjoy as hot soba with soup.
