Shariche by House
Enjoy homemade, sherbet.
What you need is just 150ml of milk or sparkling water.
(1) Make it frozen.
(2) Break them into 4~6 pcs in a bowl. About 3cm size.
(3) Add 100ml of cold milk little by little. Keep whisking. Enjoy!
Tips
When you use sparling water, it becomes similar taste of kakigori. (Shred ice.)
You can also make with soy milk, yogurt or other drink.
About the amount of milk, you can adjust if you would.
