No eggs are used. This is an easy pudding mix that can be made using only milk. It features a black sesame flavor and a mellow taste.
If you use 100g of this product and add 600ml of milk, you can make about 12 puddings in a 60ml pudding cup.
How to make: (1) Put 100g of black sesame pudding in a pot, add 600ml of milk and heat over medium heat while stirring. (2) Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cook for another minute. (3) Stir lightly and pour into cups, allow to cool at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour to harden. Take care not to burn the bottom of the pot. The black sesame seeds tend to sink to the bottom, so stir lightly while pouring into the container.
