"Saikyo Miso Kyo no Iro" by Saikyo.
White miso made in Kyoto.
Made from rice and soy.
Kyoto's white miso is unique.
It is different taste than other local miso, a little bit sweet and less salty taste.
"Kouji" percent is 18.
Soy bean 1: Kouji 18.
Kouji percent is higher, sweetness of rice and scent of kouji becomes stronger.
No additional preservation and colors.
No dashi are included. When you make miso soup, please put dashi mix or blew from kombu, katsuobushi or niboshi(dried fish).

Makes a deliciously light soup. Also good added to small, chopped boiled potatoes mixed with a teaspoon o mayo, a teaspoon of honey and a knob of butter to make a perfect side dish.
