"Saikyo Miso Kyo no Iro" by Saikyo.
White miso made in Kyoto.
Made from rice and soy.
Kyoto's white miso is unique.
It is different taste than other local miso, a little bit sweet and less salty taste.
"Kouji" percent is 18.
Soy bean 1: Kouji 18.
Kouji percent is higher, sweetness of rice and scent of kouji becomes stronger.
No additional preservation and colors.
No dashi are included. When you make miso soup, please put dashi mix or blew from kombu, katsuobushi or niboshi(dried fish).

Very mild and flavorsome. Makes delicious soup. I add a drop of tesukuri ponso to add a citrus note. Also good on konyaku.
