A traditional Japanese tsukudani made with domestically sourced chirimen (dried baby sardines) and fragrant sansho pepper berries. This item was originally well received as a Summer Gift in 2017 and has since been released as a regular product. It is gently simmered in a mildly sweet soy sauce for a moist texture and refined flavor.
