Fukuoka, in south area of Japan is famous for rich Tonkotsu, pork stock, soup ramen.
With umami of onion and ginger.
This ramen is Kurume city style.
Marutai is famous ramen maker and has a long history.
High quality died noodle. Very delicious.
Noodle is not deeply fried with oil. That makes it light taste.
1 bag is for two servings. Soup bags come with.
How to cook for one serving.
1: Boil one bundle of noodle in 450ml of boiling hot water for 3 mins.
2: Turn off the heat and put soup and oil mix in a pot.
3: Serve in a bowl and put toppings. Done!
