
This ultra-premium otsumami features wild abalone from Mie Prefecture, harvested one by one by traditional ama divers using free-diving methods. Only abalone caught at peak season are carefully removed from their shells by hand, cleaned, gently simmered to draw out natural umami, and delicately sliced before being canned. The result is a refined aroma reminiscent of the seashore and a rich, natural sweetness unique to premium abalone.
