Seasoned with a unique blend of soy sauce from Fundokin, a long-established Kyushu soy sauce producer. Carefully selected by Kokubu Group, a long-established sake wholesaler founded in Edo-period Nihonbashi and engaged in liquor and food distribution since the Meiji era.
