A specialty fried chicken skin snack created by a karaage (fried chicken) specialty shop. Made from domestic chicken skin and fried crisply in rice oil. Seasoned with a unique blend of soy sauce from Fundokin, a long-established Kyushu soy sauce producer. Carefully selected by Kokubu Group, a long-established sake wholesaler founded in Edo-period Nihonbashi and engaged in liquor and food distribution since the Meiji era.
