"Mentaiko Spread" by Aohata
Mentaiko is salted cod roe spiced with red chili.
Very delicious!
How to enjoy:
(1) Put the cream on the sliced bread. (15g for a slice of bread)
Not too much cream is better.
(2) 4 mins to cook in an toaster or oven.
(3) Cream is very hot. Wait for a little while and enjoy!
Keep it in a room temperature after opening it.
(If this tube under 10C, the cream becomes stiff.)
