This green tea is made from 100% first-picked tea leaves from Shizuoka and finished using Itoen’s premium deep-steaming method. By steaming the leaves for more than three times the usual duration (based on Itoen’s standards), the leaves become finer, resulting in a richer body and a deep green infusion.
