For miso soup or other cooking.
How to brew dashi,(fish stock). Two ways.
- If you have time, put it in cold water and leave for 10h in the fridge.
- Put them in a pot with water and heat it. Moderate heat for 10 min after boiling it. Take fish out of soup.
1 L of water = 20~50g of fish
90g in 1 bag.
