A compact, triangle-shaped Japanese rice ball made with pre-cooked alpha rice, allowing easy preparation by simply adding hot or cold water. This kombu-flavored version is created in collaboration with Kurakon’s famous Shio Kombu, delivering rich umami in a lightweight, portable form for trekking and emergency use.
