"Mentaiko Takana" by Ogihara
Pickled takana with mentaiko, cod roe.
Seasoned with soy sauce, sugar and dashi from several fishes.
A little bit spicy taste. 80g in a bag.
For rice, tofu, pasta and salad. Putting on tonkotsu ramen is also nice.
Takana leaf is produced in Japan.
Keep in room temperature without exposing sunlight. After open it, keep it in the fridge.
