• Recommended Ingredients: Chicken thigh (250g), meatballs (200g), cabbage (1/4 head), leek (1), shiitake mushrooms (3–4), mizuna greens (1 bunch), tofu (1/2 block)
• How to Cook:
  1. Cut ingredients into bite-size pieces.
  2. Shake well and pour soup into a pot. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add chicken and meatballs, skim off foam.
  4. Add vegetables and tofu. Simmer until cooked through.
