Ponzu is blend soy sauce, citrus juice and vinegar.
This ponzu sauce is made with 100% natural sudachi juice from Tokushima, re-brewed soy sauce from Hyogo Prefecture, and a generous amount of stock made from carefully selected domestic bonito, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms. When you mix it with the ingredients and take a sip, the aroma of sudachi gently wafts through your nose, and the mellow acidity and natural umami spread throughout your mouth. This is an excellent product that will turn any hot pot dish into a gourmet masterpiece.
There is one unfortunate point: the spout is not narrow, so the liquid drips into the bottle after pouring. It would be better to use it in an easy-to-use soy sauce dispenser.
