Ingredients: Udon noodles (1 portion), pork (50 g), cabbage (50 g), bean sprouts (50 g), carrot (15 g), kamaboko fish cake (30 g), salad oil (1 tbsp), water (300 ml), soup mix (1 sachet). Optional toppings: shrimp, squid, shiitake mushrooms, green onions.
How to prepare: Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork. Once cooked, add the remaining ingredients and continue stir-frying. Add water, 1 sachet of soup mix, and cooked udon noodles, then simmer briefly until ready to serve.
