Tastes just like sake. I have been looking for nonalcoholic sake ever since I had to give up alcohol and caffeine for health reasons. In the US nonalcoholic beer and wine are pretty easy to find these days but nonalcoholic sake is very hard to find. I am so glad I found this. Thank you.
