Horse mackerel - salt x 2 bag. soy sauce and mirin flavor 2 bags.
Mackerel - Salt and soy sauce and mirin each 1 bag.
Hokke mackerel - Salt and soy sauce and mirin each 1 bag.
7-10 days to obtain.
How to warm it up.
Microwave oven - Cut the bag a little bit (about 2 cm) to let air go. 1.5 min with 500W.
Boiling water - Put the bag in boiling water for 10 min.
